Yes it hurts, but it's bearable. Like ripping off a really painful band-aid .. over and over again.

It doesn't make sex better, but it might make you feel more sexy, which can make sex more enjoyable. Your partner might especially like it, which would also increase the pleasure between the sheets.

You can have sex pretty quickly after - it might be a little sore for up to an hour, but there's nothing stopping you from having sex and you won't damage that area or anything!
